Dead links are
preventing
your online business from generating more revenue
Dead links are
insidious. They appears suddenly with no warning signals but can
destroy in no time what used to be a great website, not to mention
the reputation of your company.

Dead or Bad Links happen mainly for 2 reasons.
Your website goes through several rounds of maintenance, new pages
are added, old pages are deleted; unfortunately, not all links to
these old pages are removed. These actually are the easiest to deal
with.
The second reason relates to the type of links: the links to
external pages and websites. These are usually included to bring
additional value to a website, and they serve a major purpose.
However, they need to be monitored closely and on a regular basis,
as they may disappear, or being renamed at any time without notice,
suddenly leaving your website with a multitude of bad links.

Linkalyzer is the
solution.
Linkalyzer will
analyze your website, discover the links, internal and external, it
contains, map them, check every link found for availability and
accessibility, and will list the results in various formats,
including our exclusive Sitemap format.
One important note
regarding Linkalyzer.
Creating a Link Checker that only check one link is quite simple.
Creating one that goes through an auto-discovery process and
recognize any and all languages static and/or dynamic used to
develop websites is another challenge.
Linkalyzer in its current form only recognizes standard HTML, which
means that it will work perfectly for 80-90% of all websites. Please
understand that this also means it won't recognize 10 to 20% of the
websites link structure, and that your website might be one of them.
We believe that Linkalyzer greatly complements Sitalyzer; and this
is the reason why, despite its current shortfall, we decided to
offer it with Sitalyzer. This is also the reason why we offer it at
no extra cost.
After signing up for Sitalyzer, if you website is part of the
10-20%, please kindly let us know its URL so that we can include it
in our list of website to test during the development of the next
version of Linkalyzer.
